I got these in Dec, and just love them. Even during the most dreary PNW days, they usually got enough light to stay on for a few hours. As the days got longer and the sun higher in the sky, they've been staying on brightly through the night. After a couple of months one suddenly stopped working, so I contacted the company and they replaced it for me hassle free, appreciate them standing behind their product. I haven't had any other issues, they seem to be well sealed against the rain, and I was surprised by how sturdy they are, haven't had trouble with pulling them up and replacing them for yard work. They are a great accent during the day, and so pretty by my porch steps at night.Beautiful but the solar lights don’t last very long?The picture of this and the product description indicated the ball was white. I assumed that is what I would receive and that once solar charged, the hall would turn yellow. Instead, the ball is yellow even when not charged. A bit disappointed as I thought it would be a white ball, but reviews assure me it is beautiful when charged.Bought two of these for a friend, who loved them, so I got a pair for my mom. She also found them beautiful and had me order her two more. These lights are already dimming compared to the first two. She asked me to order two more, and one of them had a broken light. Did a return and the replacement pair had one with a broken weld. Overall they are nice, but I wish they were ALL as high quality as the first two sets I ordered.A single LED means it’s not very bright. Personally feel that the design pattern of the moon is not very attractive, but you wont see from far anyway. The metal stick is sturdy but the cracked glass ball itself is not so. I got one of two that has a piece chipped, but possibly damaged from the delivery. The customer service is helpful and great, they sent a replacement promptly. Overall it is a good addition to the garden and looks cool even during the day.I didn’t like how it only lasted for one month. I would only recommend this product to people that don’t care if it won’t light up at night after one month. At first I thought it wasn’t charging enough but that wasn’t the case. I would have loved this product if they sold replacement bulbs with the solar panels. I would trash it but it goes with theme of my lawn. I would have given 1 star had I brought it just because it lights up.My mom passed away in February of this year. She always told my nieces and nephew (her grandkids) that she loved them to the moon and back. I thought these were be perfect for a little lighted memorial for her. I set it up Mother’s Day Weekend.. I was so excited how well the worked at first. As you can see from the pictures the lights were bright and beautiful! They are very flimsy though and to assemble them you have to screw the too on to the bottom. It came loose constantly so the moons wouldn’t be facing the same direction and I’d be out there every other night trying to adjust them. The biggest issue was that the lights slowly quit working. They were only bright about a week or so. Week two they would light but very dimly. I turned them on and off hoping that would help, it didn’t. I just got online to return them and realized they only gave me a month to do so. That tells you right there about the quality in that you are only allowed a month to return them because they know most won’t last much longer than that. Another indicator that they are not good quality and likely to fail are the troubleshooting directions I came across when I was hoping to return them. I’m sad they were junk because they made a beautiful tribute to my mom. I’ll keep looking.My mom loves the style of this product. She had ordered 2 of them. One broke the day after being placed outside. The stabilizer bracket came off at its weld. The other seems very study. We were able to request a replacement that should arrive very quickly. Very easy to exchange.Would just recommend checking the welds before assembly and use.
